In Ghana today, one of the key problems affecting national development is leadership at the highest level. We need to initiate strategies to mentor the youth so they could also take key leadership positions in the country to avoid repeating the mistakes made by their predecessors.
With regards to that, there is a need to bring together innovative and energetic young professionals in different capacities working with relevant stakeholders to lay the foundation for and work towards the promotion of a sustainable and productive future for all young people in the country.
As an effort to contribute to that, Change Agent Media is celebrating youth leaders who have contributed immensely to national development. This would inspire, encourage and empower other youth to take key roles in our various institutions and in the country as a whole.
